Meghan Markle has been tipped to join Prince Harry tonight as he’s honored at the 2024 ESPY Awards.

The Duke of Sussex will receive the Pat Tillman Award for Service at this year’s ceremony for his work with the Invictus Games. There has been some criticism over Harry being given the award, with Tillman’s mother even admitting she was “shocked” at the news.

Despite the backlash, Harry is set to receive the award at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles tonight. Royal commentator Gareth Russell believes Meghan will join her husband at the glitzy ceremony.

“It’s certainly a big celebrity event, and that’s, of course, the environment in which the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are circulating at the moment,” he said. Speaking to GB News, Russell added: “She has accompanied him to events similar to this in the past, so it’s possible that she’ll be there.

“Certainly, it’s a very high-profile event, I imagine, for many in America.” The award Harry will receive tonight is named after former footballer Pat Tillman, who gave up a $3.8million contract to enlist in the US Army following the 9/11 tragedy.
