Hillcrest Women’s Golf Association hosts week 11 action – Jamestown Sun

JAMESTOWN — The Hillcrest Women’s Golf Association hosted its 11th week of action on Tuesday, July 9, at the Hillcrest Golf Course.

There were six winners this week, Cathy Caulfield, Coralynn Dallmann, Theresa Haag, Lacey Krapp and Evie Burgard. The most successful of the golfers was Haag who had her shots land closest to the hole on the fourth hole and the 17th hole. She also had the lowest score of the day with an 83 and had the low score for par five holes with a 21. Burgard won this week’s Hillcrest Door Prize.

This week saw three birdies and two shots that were chipped in. Haag had a birdie on the fifth hole while Savannah Wiese chipped a shot in for birdie on the sixth hole and had a birdie on the eighth hole. Cheri Krause had a chip in on the first hole.
