Free ice cream, K-9 meet and greet set in Lebanon

LEBANON, Ohio (WDTN) — An event to enjoy a sweet treat and meet with law enforcement is set in central Warren County.

On Monday, July 15, local residents can visit the Dairy Queen location at 580 Columbus Ave. in Lebanon between 3 and 5 p.m. to score a free ice cream.

While enjoying the sweet treat, members of the Lebanon Division of Police will be on scene. Officer Echo, Lebanon’s newest K-9, will be on site to meet members of the community.

Both Officer Magee and Echo graduated from K-9 school on April 26.

According to the Lebanon Police, Echo is a German Shepard, and was born in the Czech Republic. On Wednesday, July 10, Echo celebrated his second birthday.
